The Eastern North Carolina Literary Homecoming celebrates and promotes the literary culture of North Carolina. The event provides a rich opportunity to learn about and meet North Carolina writers. Featured in the 2013 program are North Carolina writers whose works reflect this year’s theme,"North Carolina: A State of Change, A Changing State." Read more about the theme and visiting writers in NCLR Online 2013, due out in February, and in the 2013 print issue of the North Carolina Literary Review, forthcoming in July.

Eastern North Carolina Literary Homecoming events are free (except for the luncheon on Saturday, September 21). We welcome and encourage the public to attend and share in an appreciation of our rich literary traditions. Advance registration is required for the workshop sessions, and registration at the door will be available as space permits. The online registration form will be available soon.
